This is a great question. I love Google for the most part, but their customer support is absolutely and utterly terrible. And by design it would seem. No doubt backed up by data mining and A/B testing telling them that offering good customer support is terrible for their bottom line? For something like this I sincerely hope they find and partner with a great customer support provider.
