- extraduder_ire 2y agoI don't think they have what would be considered normal business hours. People are using the service and employees are working around the clock.
- reverendsteveii 2y agoI work on apps like that. It's generally an on-call person or team outside of normal US business hours. Sometimes it's an off-shore team, but in any case there's usually someone whose job it is to answer some sort of summoning spell when something like this goes wrong and do something about it. When it was me, I was always grateful when the call came in between 9 and 5 locally.
