I'm interested to see what happens with this from a FISMA perspective. In my experience, the closest thing there is to inter-departmental enforcement of FISMA is SESers and system owners being afraid of political optics attempting to explain their failures to congress and OMB's CIO council. I don't see how either of those are going to be a deterrent for DOGE under the Trump administration, who both controls OMB and is willing to battle with congress.
