No, they've been winning on patents on round rectangles and lack of bezels.
- adestefan 14y agoThose are design patents which are more like a copyright of a physical item. For example, the design of a Coca-Cola bottle was originally protected under a design patent. Yes it's a weird name. They're also easy to identify because the registrations all begin with the letter D.
