The author of the article is not an expert in this field. You should give him no more credence than you would give to, say, a plumber talking about astrophysics. Or astrpophysicist talking about plumbing.

- stonogo 2y agoIf that were the case, surely you would have presented counterarguments instead of just attacking the author?
- ein0p 2y agoOpenAI has been releasing industry leading capabilities at a pretty predictable clip. Their current top reasoning model outperforms the competition by a mile. From this I conclude, at a minimum, that they aren't "out of ideas" and the article is just inane clickbait.
