- runjake 14y ago1.) I think that's pretty speculative of you. 2.) The lawsuits and their impact go far beyond the US.
- taligent 14y agoThat's insulting, ridiculous and easily disprovable.
- nl 14y agoThere are plenty of counter-examples proving that to be untrue (eg the CSIRO WiFi patents)
- anabis 14y agoThe US made the problem worse by the pro-patent policy from 1980's. I also think the US companies have an unfair advantage in trials (eg. optical fiber Corning vs Sumitomo) I am hoping Apple, the crown jewel, getting badly beat with patents will make US reconsider their pro-patent policy.
