- efnx 2y agoI don’t think growth was ever the goal of Trumps tariffs. In hindsight it looks like grift. If Elon controls the payments systems and Trump can enact tariffs, it seems like they’ve set up a very easy way to take money from taxpayers and put it wherever they want without oversight.
