That's a large n. I used them commercially.
However, it's also pretty old data (probably about a decade back).
Consumer Reports reported on it as well.
- BoredPositron 2y agoI had more swelling on surface tablets than on any other product. It’s insane how common it is.
- thr0w 2y agoSame. Bought a few different gens of the laptop. Wanted to love them as an alternative to MacBook. To me, Windows 10 is a much better OS than anything Apple. Fit and finish are good (they have to be, because Apple raised the bar). Alcantara on the earlier ones was great. But - battery swell on both, killing the touchpad.
- madjam002 2y agoSurface Book 2 here, same price as a top spec MacBook Pro, absolute garbage. Thermally throttled, poor performance, random freeze ups, terrible screen glare, screen wobbled constantly, never again.
- DontchaKnowit 2y agoI hate my surface and I hate the stupid gigantic expensive charger where the stuffed all the IO ports
