Just in case you didn't know:
Poisson distribution is a special case of Binomial distribution.
Binomial distribution is a special case of Hypergeometric distribution.
So Hypergeometric is the mother of these 3... but who is the mother of all distributions?

- wvlia5 2y agoBut that is a set, so is it like a lineage path to the ultimate mother? Or is it like the full family with children, uncle and everything (in which case we still have to find the ultimate mother)? I'll read up on it.
