I was bit by something like this. Cc expired, then my server was gone, no warning emails, no way to login to ask for support because it said my account did not exist. Trying to register an account with the same email said I was already registered. I checked my spam too, nothing. I was not a paying customer, so I’m sure they do not miss me, and I understand that their free deal is not good for them long term, but I wish at least they had the courtesy to give me an email explaining why and maybe a day or two to ensure my backups were OK (they were).
