Why Is Every Feedback System Either Annoying, Useless, or Both?
You’ve seen them. Those annoying “How was your experience?” pop-ups that appear right before you finish your task. Or worse—the ones that won’t let you proceed without giving a rating. And when you do leave feedback, where does it go? Straight into the void.
Building a proper feedback system is deceptively hard:
Users don’t want to engage. (Unless they’re mad.)
Spam floods in. (Hello, bots.)
Companies ignore feedback. (Until Twitter gets involved.)
It’s a mess to analyze. (AI? Maybe. Interns? Definitely.)
Real-time scaling? (Enjoy your 500 errors.)
Privacy concerns? (Insert long unreadable policy.)
Integrations? (Hope you like Zapier.)
Following up with users? (LOL.)
I got tired of this, so I’m building a startup to fix it.
