The Flying Eagle Method – Hack Your Brain to Stop Watching Porn (2021–2025)
- red_tailed_hawk 2y agoThis site, which is code for a biological computer, is written by a software engineer who quit in 2021.
- pavel_lishin 2y agoI skimmed this out of curiosity, but I couldn't actually find what the Flying Eagle method is. And this book is full of just, debunked non-scientific views: > At age 24, my brain finally matured That's... that's not a thing that happens. The "brains mature at 24" myth stems from a study that only followed people until approximately that age, and noted changes the entire time. If the study had kept going, it might have discovered that brains never "fully mature". And the "research" section is just "I did a poll, and I wish someone would do research."
- red_tailed_hawk 2y agoI appreciate the feedback, and I updated the maturity wording.
