I'm now waiting for the clear definition of "sufficient expressive elements". It feels this is going to generate a heated debate about what qualifies as meaningful human input versus just hitting generate on a prompt. I think the main takeaway is that this could have big implications for the kind of tools we develop next past simple text-to-image tools and we'll probably see more effort put on tools that allow artists to have granular control over the generated content.
