  For the benefit of who? It wasn't a good idea to use Twitter for politics in the first place because you're inherently tying your identity to a business that doesn't hold the same principles you do. It was bad when Dorsey owned it and now it's a dumpster fire under new leadership. You're not going to "fight" shit on a private platform. You're going to be algorithmically steamrolled and get your ad revenue used for Super PAC money.

  Should they also join Trump Social to "fight the power" I think a better strategy is to make the old guard social media companies irrelevant. Rebuild everything on protocols that support real user choice and competition
