- rexpop 2y agoThank you for this. I'm still convinced that evidence of DEI is not evidence of its culpability. The real "affirmative action" is the coddling of white men from birth to job placement, while women and POC are deprived of equal opportunities. These assessment discrepancies are negligible. DEI is a red herring.
