At the very least this is true in Flint, MI.
- jcranmer 2y agoNo, it's not. Flint's lead water problems lasted for ~18 months from 2014-2015 (ending when they transitioned back to their original water source!), and as of about 4 years ago, they've fully replaced all of their lead water pipes.
