Bill Could Put a Stop to Censorship by Lawsuit (EFF)
- duxup 2y agoThis is very interesting. I wish they put some explanation into the mechanics of how a bill like this would prevent / deal with these lawsuits. It mentions a special motion but it's not clear what the rules are for ruling on that / considering the situation.
