- arcmechanica 2y agoWhich is silly, because I 100% expected the Chinese to figure out how to use fewer resources to get the same work done. I mean that is what the blocking of chips and tech was going to do. It is evolution.
- maeil 2y agoWhat are you talking about? Are you aware that the DeepSeek API has gone down for over a day and DeepSeek claims it's due to a large-scale cyberattack? [1] HN post about it got 20 points and 5 comments, completely ignored.[2] This one you're commenting on is frontpage. If HN was so valiantly pro-DeepSeek, their claim would deserve large attention.
