- Avshalom 2y agoIncorporations are legal constructs. Any position in one is even more so.
- fsckboy 2y agoCorporations are required by law to have Presidents and Chairmen. That is the legal construct. They are not required to have CEOs who therefore sit on shakier legal ground.

- fsckboy 2y agowhen companies are big enough (to where CEO actually has meaning), shareholder rights kick in, and there are many additional legal requirements; none of those require a CEO
