The latency issue isn't blocking me from trying Wayland. Wayland seems fine on my Raspberry Pi. The issue is screen-sharing in MS Teams. Does anyone know if that works now? Since I use Artix, I expect a potentially painful switch and don't really want to have to then do it all again to switch back immediately.

Few options. Use a browser that has supported screen sharing on Wayland for many years: Firefox. Or petition Microsoft to enable the Wayland-enable bits in their electron build. Electron has supported screen sharing on Wayland for soon 5 years.
