I actually couldn't load the site, HN has apparently nuked it. But I can deduct from the comments that it's another benchmark comparison. Aren't we missing something essential though? C and C++ give you the possibility to make self-contained, lean applications - using the right frameworks you can also target as many platforms as you want. Java, python etc. have in common that they all require a runtime environment, including all the compatibility and update problems.
