Imagine trying this argument against the RIAA or MPAA: >> Your honor, my client doesn't dispute downloading all those movies... but surely... you must take into consideration the fact that they haven't seen the overwhelming majority of them yet Which begs the question, is a movie still a movie if there is no one to watch it? Or is it merely an unrealized collection of random seeming bits?
