- mongol 2y agoGood question. Seems pretty clear the new administration doesn't believe in such concepts.

- nobodyandproud 2y agoIn essence, any nation that relies on the US for military protection or support. While I don’t agree with Trump’s methods (nor do I wish to see war), both the US and our allies have grown complacent. Some in Europe believe we have economy of scale in terms of military and output, but this belief is many decades out of date.
