      Agreed, but irrelevant to the thread at hand. The accent of the caller is not a useful signal. The very fact that they called you is a pretty good indication that you do not want to talk to them. 99% strength.

  Almost all murderers are men, therefore if you see a man he’s probably a murderer. It’s not an indicator.
