I actually don't know many people who care at this point. All of my most left-leaning friends have moved onto other causes - gender conflicts, Palestine, and income inequality. If anything, they care much more about the cost of food and transport now than they do climate. To the extent that they do care, they are resigned that it's going to happen anyway, and they would rather not give any credit to a business or CEO for attempting this stuff. I would say that years of doomerism were more effective at killing the movement than denialism ever was.
