Executive order refers to large and small reproductive cells.
"Though Trump's executive order does technically declare that all humans are female, it's unlikely to be applied this way since this clearly wasn't the president's intent."
- eesmith 2y agoTo your tl;dr I would add "... at conception, when there is only one cell." Also, it classifies people with ovotestes as both male and female, while those with gonadal dysgenesis are "neither male nor female if these nonsensical definitions are applied."
