Plenty of websites I've seen will hide the support number during off hours, only rendering it on the page when people are available to receive a call.

Plenty of websites I've seen will hide the support number during off hours, only rendering it on the page when people are available to receive a call.
- SoftTalker 2y agoYeah I was thinking more like the site just displays "Closed until 0800" or something instead of offering any functionality at all. If the users can't do anything, there's nothing to support. And no reason to get a call in the middle of the night because "the site is down." (Answer: yes it is).
