for sure my retailer, which are 3rd parties according to that page, still has 100% access to the data, as they were able to tell my car was in another state when I called recently. seems pretty troubling

- gruez 2y agoThat's not how lawsuits work. You can't sue just because you don't like something. You have to prove harm. "not getting confirmation" hardly counts, especially if said confirmation isn't required by law.
