Check again? https://frontier.com/shop/internet/fiber-internet https://frontier.com/shop/internet/fiber-internet We used to have Spectrum, but switched to Frontier Fiber as soon as it was available, a couple years ago now. Apart from a few hiccups during the first few weeks of service, it's been very reliable.
