  > “I love freeing people,” Mr. Trump said I'm not opposed to letting Ulbricht go... but the whole affair is a major flip-flop for Trump. He literally just put a stop to the refugee program on the grounds that they import drugs into the US (which they don't) and then pardoned someone who facilitated the import of a LOT of drugs. At this point, the libertarian movement has basically given up any principles and the only issue they consistently stand for is crypto.

    Flip flops have been widely noted as a problem in politicians. One of the big problems John Kerry's 2004 campaign dealt with was accusations of flip flopping. Why isn't flip flopping a big deal now? I also agree with you about the libertarian movement.
