- underseacables 2y agoThis reminds me of when I tried to call the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. The system would say thank you for calling the office of personnel management, and then it would hang up on you. Every single time. I think most phone systems are deliberately designed to make it as difficult as possible to reach someone.
