I’m becoming increasingly convinced that Product Hunt’s support team is fully automated by AI. Seriously, their responses are so bad that it’s clear real people aren’t involved. You get the same generic reply, whether it’s been a few months or just a few days since you reached out. Why even bother having a human and pay money? It seems like an AI just picks a standard response and inserts a random name. The result? Just pure profit for them while offering no real support. Briefly: This is the worst use case of AI.
