Hmm. I do thank you for the data point re: your phones, it is helpful, but my concern is when a phone breaks. Or has edge case issues. Every manufacturer is going to have these issues, and I want strong, easy to access, viable support then. It may be they have improved recalls, if you've heard of them doing so. That's a plus, at least. Thanks
