Does Google have actual phone support where you can talk to a real live human? No. (Although does any phone manufacturer?)
That said, I’ve had no issues with either of my recent Pixel phones & haven’t heard of widespread problems with either the Pixel 8 or 9 online. Google themselves seem to have been fairly good at recalling phones for actual problems. I don’t know whether they’re better or worse than, say, Apple though.
- b112 2y agoHmm. I do thank you for the data point re: your phones, it is helpful, but my concern is when a phone breaks. Or has edge case issues. Every manufacturer is going to have these issues, and I want strong, easy to access, viable support then. It may be they have improved recalls, if you've heard of them doing so. That's a plus, at least. Thanks
