A friend apparently uses proofpoint at work. AKA urldefense. It seems to be for organizations. Uidaho.edu uses it. I can't tell anything from their home page because it's all shiny objects and self-congratulation. But perhaps there is a similar service to filter email and web links. Lots and lots of people need such a service.
