      I'm sorry, the correct answer is "what is clickbait" the title is technically correct, though I suppose it may become misleading if someone only reads the headline and forms a belief that the robotaxi was somehow at fault

        Even here on HN I've seen submissions with double-digit votes purely from people looking at the title, because the underlying link was broken from the get-go.
