- rUsHeYaFuBu 2y agoSo it has to be enumerated in the constitution to be considered a freedom lost? Moving the goal post there isn't it? I believe it's arguably clear the right to privacy and freedom of movement have been attacked/stripped though and those are constitutional rights.
