  Based on similar programs I've seen elsewhere, my guess is they will make you pay off your tuition by contracting with them for a period of time, they can place you anywhere they please, and they'll pocket a big chunk of your pay as a fee for the training. Oh, and if you don't want to sign their onerous indenturement contract, you're on the hook for the entire cost of the training.
