Cotton and Ricketts applauded Amazon, Apple, Google and Microsoft for “following the law,” and encouraged other companies to do the same — the exact opposite of Trump’s request after. I think Apple is playing it right here and I’m interested to see Google’s statement. I doubt Oracle will publicly comment but it would be nice to hear their rational.
