That's the entire reason for representative democracy over direct democracy
- kybernetikos 2y agoI'm not sure it is- even if you think the electorate are educated and competent, it still makes sense to delegate the specific decisions to a smaller set of individuals who are given the time and resources to get into the detail. It just scales better.
