- mikeweiss 2y agoTrump and team may be the biggest public relations masterminds of all time. They realize that the populous is fickle and easily won over with obvious stunts. Define the villains and play the hero. It keeps working for him over and over and over. Truly incredible
- atoav 2y agoThe only incredible thing is that one third of the US populus can be deceived by such cheap tricks. This is a hiding behind your hands baby-object-permanence-level of deception. But maybe they see through it and convinced themselves that shilling for the billionaire class is in their own interest. Wouldn't surprised me, given the defenses I have seen from some people even on this site.
- sureglymop 2y agoNot incredible at all. Expected.

- taskforcegemini 2y agothe billionaires-argument can also be made for the opposing party. I believe many didn't vote _for_ trump, but merely against what the democrats were doing
- atoav 2y agoNot defending the Democrats at all, they deserve their fair share of blame for fucking this one up — but if I had to but my life based on who I think is going to sell out less it wouldn't be a government under a man that has a proven track record of fraudulent behavior.

- bttrpll 2y agoThe welcome back message was quite ominous. "Thanks to president Trump...". It's giving "Hitler's Rise to Power."
