  Obama and Biden often governed by executive order, for example on immigration and student loan forgiveness. When Trump does things that are not within the powers he should be restrained, but let's not pretend that other recent presidents have shown much respect to the Constitution.

    You equating completely different things. Executive order is how president works. The German ambassador talks about using government power to go against your domestic political enemies. Or using using lawsuits, threatening criminal prosecution and license revocation to prevent media speaking negatively about Trump.
