- Fluorescence 2y agoLooking at other parts of the site, I expect it's attack/abuse mitigation. These unfortunate souls are trying to host interesting free content. I expect they are getting crawled to dust and unfortunately, so much nuisance came from your country's IP range they had little other option but to block it.
