  What kind of furniture is heavy enough to cause that? It'd have to be tons of weight, and anything that isn't chairs and tables would be bolted down.

    You see that the ship was already very top-heavy and unstable. 200-400kg would have been enough, with 1.5m waves and a stupid captain.
