Just played a couple times and one thing in I noticed is that the button corresponding to my last selection was still highlighted when the next quote came up. At first it threw me off a bit, but i eventually realized what was going on. Also, how does someone have a score of 170? The finished with zero mistakes but still only managed 100 points.
