HR Team Fired After Manager's Own CV Gets Auto-Rejected in Seconds
- ggm 2y agoBit box A box B about this. Firstly, the CEO is probably massively unfit for roles. We all say this about our CEO and Boards, at some time, no? Secondly the HR department would have reported to a Csuite who should have been fired, I can buy. But collective responsibility for deploying an IT solution unfit for purpose shouldn't automatically terminate an entire dept for cause, and you would think the HR staff have legal redress.
- ungreased0675 2y agoIf this story is true, they were probably fired for lying about doing screening interviews and working hard when all resumes were being auto-rejected.
- ggm 2y agoIt's America. At-will/cause, few paths to complain but not none, termination payments and exit interviews need to be run.. better hire some temporary HR. Who hires them?
