I'm becoming more of an AI sceptic as time goes on - there do seem to be valid uses that save time for people, but it almost always needs some oversight by a knowledgeable person. The problem with companies just pushing out these kinds of services is that the 'AI' is unaccountable and the companies typically just shrug try to point the finger of blame somewhere else. What is really problematic is with AI being used to make decisions for e.g. welfare applicants.
