What are the biggest barriers to making this a reality? The training data or the processing power?
Which open-source projects, if any, are the farthest along in this effort?
- guappa 2y agoThe costs in hardware and electricity are incredible. To do the same as the big companies are doing is impossible, there is no funding to achieve it. The question is if it's needed at all to get good results. Also the big companies have many lawyers so they feel confident to systematically violate copyright, but a smaller entity could probably not afford the same risk.
