- willmadden 2y agoFascinating lecture and thought experiment about seed oils as the common denominator in many modern health issues. It's correlation not causation, but he cites a huge amount of correlation, to me, beyond a reasonable doubt.

- willmadden 2y agoAdam is a popular culture podcaster. I watched the video and it's pretty vapid. He cites industry sponsored research, which I do not trust by definition. The video I linked is a presentation from a brilliant researcher that's spent his life working on the questions about lineolic acid. You should watch the video. It's good.
