Municipal tap water higher in microplastic particles than most bottled water
- dieselgate 2y agoIt didn’t occur to me microplastics were plastics on the “micro” scale with varying sizes. It all makes sense just never gave it much because I haven’t read about them in a proper scientific context.
- phillipseamore 2y agoLooks like a round-about way of saying MP concentrations vary by water source, think most people could come to that conclusion without a study. Missing water sources for bottled (just states it's from French suppliers) and only one tap source sample for comparison. This is just a snapshot in time, would have preferred multiple samples averaged over time from both the bottled and tap sources.
